【AirGo萝卜饼】

用料:
面团:
1:中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 2又1/4杯(360克,面没筛过,是从面粉袋里直接舀的);
2:温水3/4杯加2大匙(210克, 各地面粉吸水性不同要调整水量),
3: 牛油果油 茶匙;
馅:
4: 白萝卜650克, 盐1/2茶匙;
5: 豆腐一块(175克), 牛油果油 或其他油2茶匙;
6: 粉丝1小包(34克);
7: 葱2条, 盐3/4茶匙, 十三香粉 1/4茶匙, 香油1大匙, 辣油 1大匙; 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
其他:
8:牛油果油 3大匙.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法
1、面团:将2料的水缓慢倒入1料面粉中,和成大块面团。倒入1茶匙油(图1),揉成光滑面团(图2),盖上湿布或保鲜膜醒45分钟。
2、馅:粉丝加开水泡软(图3), 沥水后切小段. 萝卜去皮擦丝加1/2茶匙盐腌15分钟(图4), 然后挤去水. 豆腐切薄片,【AirGo】选 “Air Fryer” 415F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。放入2茶匙匙油刷匀, 放入豆腐煎, 提醒翻转时翻一面(图5)。
3、豆腐煎好,切小丁. 葱洗净切葱花, 所有4-7料放一盆里(图6), 拌匀待用(图7)。揉成直径2厘米的长条,切成30等份(图8),按扁后擀成直径12厘米的薄皮(图9),放3大匙馅料(图10),盖上另外一张饼皮(图11),捏紧边(图12)。
4、做好5个饼时, 将【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及15分钟,点“Start”预热。放入1大匙油刷匀, 放入5个萝卜饼(图13), 盖上盖让程序继续。然后你继续包下面的饼.
5、程序进行到还有5-6分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,翻转一面(图14),盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。盛出萝卜饼稍冷就可以吃. 依次做好其他10个饼.
