用料:
1:有机鸡胸肉2块500克;
2: 盐3/4茶匙, 生粉1茶匙;
3:红葱头2个(85克);
4:牛油果油 或其他素油1.5大匙, 咖喱粉1.5茶匙;
5: 鸡粉1/6茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切片, 用手抓捏2分钟(图1),这样肉会很嫩, 加上剩余2料,拌匀静置15分钟。红葱头剥去皮,切小丁待用.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及7分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,红葱头丁及咖喱粉(图2), 炒几下盖上盖让程序继续。

3、等程序进行了1分钟,打开盖子(图3), 放入鸡肉片,搅拌几下 (图4), 盖上盖继续(图5)。
4、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,放入鸡粉拌匀,盖上盖, 让程序完成。等程序完成,打开盖子(图6),搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌。
