用料:
皮:
1:中筋面粉1杯(160克), 水1/3杯+1大匙(95克), 牛油果油 1茶匙;
馅:
2:老豆腐1块175克;
3:野生冰冻带子300克
4:葱花3大匙, 香油1大匙, 盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙;
其他:
6:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
7:水3大匙;
8:葱花1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、盆内放入1料的面粉,加水和成大块面团(图1), 加1料的油,揉成光滑面团,(图2),盖上保鲜膜室温醒发30分钟。
2、馅:豆腐水冲洗沥水切小丁(图3). 带子冷水里解冻, 冲洗沥水切小块. 豆腐及带子都放入一干净的盆,放入所有4-5料, 用勺子轻轻拌匀即可(图4)。

3、把醒好的面团揉成1厘米直径长条,切20等份。每份擀成9-10厘米直径的薄饼(图5)。放1大匙馅料在皮中间, 对折捏紧中间, 依次捏紧两边, 看视频。【AirGo】内锅里放1.5大匙油涂匀, 放入锅贴(图6). 将内锅放回【AirGo】里.
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Base heat”,温度420F时间26分钟,然后点“Start”。等程序进行了11分钟, 打开盖子放3大匙水,盖上盖继续煎。
5、程序结束, 打开盖子撒点葱花做点缀, 即可盛出锅贴,趁热吃,味道超好鲜美。
