用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁1包454克;
2:盐2/3茶匙,花椒粉1/4茶匙,辣椒粉1茶匙;
3:牛油果油 1大匙;
4:葱花1大匙;
5:烤盘纸28厘米一张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠留尾洗净,挤去水放一盒中(图1)。加所有2料调味料(图2),拌匀(图3)。再加1大匙油拌匀(图4)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及5分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后,快速放入烤盘纸,放入虾铺均匀,撒上葱花(图5),盖上锅盖(图6),让程序继续。
3、程序进行到提醒翻转时,打开盖子,快速翻拌几下,盖上盖继续.
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌,鲜嫩美味可口.
