【AirGo-红豆葡萄干年糕】

用料:
1: 糯米粉半包(200克), 罗汉果糖(lakanto) 1/3杯(70克), 泡打粉(baking powder)1/2茶匙;
2: 特大号鸡蛋1只,牛奶1杯-2大匙(210克), 1 tbsp 牛油果有或玉米油1.5大匙(20克),炼乳(condensed milk)2.5大匙(50克);
3: 红豆沙1/2杯(150克);
4: 葡萄干2大匙(25克);
其他:
9寸园烤模.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将糯米粉, 糖及泡打粉放一盆里(图1), 搅拌均匀待用. 林外一容器里放入鸡蛋, 牛奶, 玉米油及炼乳打散(图2).
2、蛋奶液倒入糯米粉中(图3), 用搅拌器搅拌均匀无粉状颗粒(图4). 放入红豆沙及葡萄干(图5)再搅拌均匀.
3、玻璃烤盘,涂上少许玉米油或者薄薄喷一层PAM Cooking Spray,将拌匀的年糕浆倒入玻璃烤盘中(图6).
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”然后选择375F及28分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 打开盖子, 放入烤盘, 注意不要烫到自己, 盖上盖子让程序继续(图7).
5、程序结束, 调到上火Broil 350F 4分钟,至表面均匀上色即可。烤好的年糕,晾凉10分钟后,盖严保鲜膜后晾凉4小时(图8)。用一铲子铲松底部。就在玻璃烤盘内用剪刀剪成方块,放入月密闭盒,可以室温存放两天。年糕口感湿润的关键是一定要盖上保鲜膜晾凉,这样年糕表面和底部不会干硬,保持软糯可口。
