【AirGo-蒜苗炒鸡片】

用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克, 盐1/4 茶匙, 生粉2茶匙;
2: 蒜苗16根(150克);
3: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱2茶匙, 辣豆瓣酱2茶匙;
4: 头抽酱油2茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5: 香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、蒜苗去根, 剥去外面老皮, 洗净沥水, 然后切2厘米的段(图1). 鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切3毫米厚片 (图2). 用手抓捏1分钟(图3), 放入剩余1料拌匀待用.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入油1大匙, 加豆豉辣椒酱, 豆豉辣椒酱 及蒜苗段(图4), 盖上锅盖让程序进行.
3、等1分钟后, 打开盖子搅拌下, 均匀放入鸡肉片 (图5), 盖上锅盖让程序进行. 程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子搅拌几下, 放入2茶匙头抽酱油及鸡粉拌匀(图6)盖上盖, 让程序完成.
4、程序结束, 打开盖子, 放入1茶匙香油拌匀, 即可盛出上桌了。
