用料:
1: 冰冻大虾(16-20大小)1包454克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2茶匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙, 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙;
3: 蒜一头, 盐1/6茶匙, 香油 2茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
4: 葱花1大匙, 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙.
其他: 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠留尾洗净,然后用刀将虾腹筋切断(图1) (这样虾在烤的过程不会弯曲). 放一盒中, 加所有2料调味料(图2), 拌匀(图3). 腌20分钟.
2、蒜剥去皮水冲洗后切成蓉(图4), 微波炉里打45秒, 然后放入剩余3料拌匀(图5).
4、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速将虾连烤盘纸拿出(图8), 倒入一盘子里即可盛出上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
