用料:
1: 青辣椒300克;
2: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙;
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油2茶匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2茶匙;
4: 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5: 香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、辣椒去蒂洗净, 一切为二, 对切去籽, 再对切(图1).
2、【AirGo】插上电源,打开锅盖, 均匀放入1 大匙油, 将辣椒皮朝下平铺(图2). 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”。
4、空炸程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 放入3-4料 (图4),. 盖上锅盖 用“Function”选“Base Heat”然后选择375F及3分钟,点“Start”.
5、程序完成, 打开盖子加1茶匙香油拌匀, 即可盛出上桌趁热食,非常好吃。
