用料:
1: 三文鱼柳500克, 最好买带花纹含鱼油多的;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2茶匙, 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙, 蒜蓉1大匙;
3: 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
4: 香油 1茶匙;
5: 葱花1.5 大匙;
6: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1大匙:
其他: 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、三文鱼切2厘米宽4厘米长条(图1),放入盆里,然后加所有2-4料(图2),轻轻拌匀(图3)腌20分钟.
2、将鱼块放到烤盘纸上(图4).

3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 打开盖子快速连烤盘纸将鱼放入锅里, 均匀撒上1大匙油及葱花 (图5), 盖上锅盖让程序进行.
4、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速将鱼连烤盘纸拿出(图6), 倒入一盘子里即可盛出上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
