用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块520克, 盐2/3 茶匙, 面粉2/3杯, 牛油果油 2大匙;
2: 干黑木耳20小片;
3: 牛油果油 1大匙, 辣椒油2大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉1大匙, 姜末2茶匙, 切碎的剁椒1大匙或辣椒酱;
4: 调味汁: 厨酒1大匙,意大利葡萄醋2大匙, 罗汉果糖 4茶匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,淀粉1茶匙,盐1/4茶匙, 水2大匙;
其他: 烤盘纸一大块.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、黑木耳提前水泡发, 洗净, 放小锅里加半锅水(图1) 煮开, 小火煮5分钟, 沥水待用. 鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切小条 (图2). 用手抓捏1分钟放盐2/3茶匙拌匀. 放入1料面粉拌匀(图3), 抖掉多余面粉待用.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 锅里铺上烤盘纸,均匀放上鸡条, 均匀撒上2大匙油(图4). 盖上盖让程序继续。等待的过程将所有4料放一小碗中(图5)搅拌均匀成调味汁. 葱姜蒜也准备好(图6).
3、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子, 搅拌一下(图7)盖上盖, 让程序完成. 然后打开锅盖连烤盘纸取出烤好的鸡条.
4、转Base Heat 420F及5分钟. 放入所有3料搅拌几下(图8), 盖上盖. 等程序进行了1分钟,打开盖子放入黑木耳炒几下(图9), 盖上盖继续。
5、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子, 倒入调味汁, 翻炒几下, 在放入烤好的小鸡条(图10), 翻炒均匀到程序结束, 即可盛出上桌了。
