用料:
1: 韭黄270;
2: 冰冻白虾1包454克;
3: 香油 2茶匙, 生粉2茶匙, 盐1茶匙, 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙(可以不用);
4:小号春卷皮半包,25张;
5:2茶匙面粉, 1大匙水;
6: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油2×2大匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、韭黄洗净(图1), 切粒(图2)待用. 将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠, 抓洗干净,挤去水,切小丁(图3).
2、将韭黄丁, 虾丁及所有3-5料放一盆里(图4), 拌匀待用(图5). 将2茶匙面粉加 1大匙水,拌匀成面糊(图6).

3、小心揭开春卷皮,放上4茶匙馅料于一角(图7),将底角盖上馅料,然后左右两角向中间叠入(图8),最后用少许面糊涂在顶角,卷起来成春卷坯 (图9).
4、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择410F及12分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后, 放入2大匙油, 放入12-13个春卷(图10), 表面也刷上油, 盖上锅盖让程序进行.

5、程序进行到大约7-8分钟, 或听到反转提示, 打开锅盖, 反转一面. 盖上盖让程序完成.
6、炸好后, 即可盛出上桌趁热食, 好滋味。如上做好另外一半春卷.
