用料:
1: 白萝卜一条530克,盐1茶匙;;
2: 葱2根, 中式腊肠1根;
3: 鸡蛋1个;
4: 香油1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,花椒粉1/6茶匙;
5: 全面面粉4大匙;
6: 橄榄油或其他油2大匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、萝卜去皮洗净切薄片再切成细丝(图1),加盐1茶匙拌匀腌20分钟(图2)。腊肠也切细丁待用(图3),葱去根洗净切葱花。
2、萝卜丝挤去多余的水放入盆里, 放入腊肠丁, 鸡蛋及所有4-5料(图4), 拌匀待用(图5).
3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及20分钟,点“Start”,锅内放2大匙油, 取大约4大匙萝卜丝馅, 团成球, 压扁放入锅里, 依次做好所有萝卜丝饼(图6), 盖上锅盖让程序继续。

4、等还有6-7分钟, 打开锅盖, 翻转一面, 让程序完成. 两面都煎黄了, 即可盛出,趁热吃,很好吃.
