豆豉红葱头鸡丁final AirGo 豆豉红葱头鸡丁

用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块660克, 盐1/3 茶匙, 生粉1.5茶匙,花椒粉1/4茶匙(可以不放), 香油 1/2茶匙;
2: 红葱头1个(60克), 葱一根,蒜瓣2粒;
3: 橄榄油2茶匙, 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙;
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2 茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切1厘米大小的丁(图1). 用手抓捏1-2分钟(很重要, 这样肉才会嫩) (图2), 放盐1/3茶匙, 生粉1.5茶匙, 花椒粉1/4茶匙, 香油1/2茶匙(图3),拌匀待用. 葱洗净去根切葱花, 红葱头去皮冲洗后切1厘米片,蒜瓣2粒去皮切片,待用.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,将所有2-3料放入锅里(图4), 盖上锅盖 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟,点“Start”. 李锦记豆豉辣椒酱用这种的(图5)。

3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 将鸡丁平铺在锅里(图6)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行.
4、程序进行到还有1-2分钟或听到提示反转, 打开盖子(图7), 放入头抽酱油1大匙及罗汉果糖1/2茶匙拌匀(图8), 盖上锅盖.
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速盛出鸡丁, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
