用料:
1:长条茄子3根480克;
2: 橄榄油2茶匙,
3: 葱花3大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2 茶匙, 水1/4杯, 鸡粉1/6茶匙 (可省);
4: 香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、茄子去蒂洗净(图1),横切1.5厘米厚片(图2),待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源, 均匀倒入2茶匙油, 放入茄子片铺平(图3), 盖上锅盖 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及12分钟,点“Start”.
3、程序进行到还有5-6分钟或听到提示反转, 打开盖子, 将茄子反转一面(图4), 然后撒上2大匙葱花(图5), 盖上锅盖.
4、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 放入所有剩余3料拌匀(图6), 盖上锅盖, 用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择400F及7分钟, 间中打开锅盖搅拌下。
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 放入1/2 茶匙香油拌匀出锅.
