1: 素鹅一包 350克;
2: 干黑木耳10克;
3: 海鲜菇一包150克;
4: 橄榄油1大匙, 葱花1.5大匙, 蒜末1.5茶匙, 辣椒酱1茶匙(非常辣的那种);
5: 白胡椒粉1/6茶匙, 头抽酱油1.5 大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙, 开水1/2杯;
6: 香油1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、黑木耳提前用热水泡半小时至软 (图1), 洗净沥水。小锅加1.5杯水,置炉上开大火煮滚。放入黑木耳(图2)煮15分钟,捞出沥水待用。海鲜菇切去根水冲洗沥水待用. 素鹅水冲洗后切薄片.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,放入橄榄油1大匙及4料里葱花蒜末和辣椒酱, 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及3分钟,点“Start”. 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放切片素鹅, 翻炒几下 (图4),盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行.
3、Air Fryer程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择400F及12分钟, 放入煮好的黑木耳(图5), 及海鲜菇(图6)及所有5料拌匀,换盖子盖上盖让程序继续进行(图7),
4、中间翻炒几下,程序完成后, 打开锅盖(图8), 放入香油1/2茶匙拌匀, 将蘑菇黑木耳烧素鹅盛出, 即可上桌趁热食, 好滋味。
