用料:
1: 冰冻大虾(16-20大小)1包454克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙, 甜面酱1大匙, 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙;
3: 蒜蓉4瓣, 葱1根;
4: 香油 1茶匙.
5: 其他, 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠洗净沥水. 葱去根洗净切葱花, 蒜去皮剁成茸. 将虾仁放一小盆中, 加所有2料调味料(图1), 蒜蓉葱花, 拌匀(图2). 腌15分钟.
2、将虾均匀铺到烤盘纸上.【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及5分钟,点“Start”. 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 快速连烤盘纸放入调好味虾仁(图3)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图4).
3、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速将虾盛出, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
