1: 嫩里脊肉（Tender Pork Loin ）1000克，洗净备用;
2: 红糟1.5大匙, 头抽酱油1.5大匙, 生抽酱油1.5大匙, 十三香粉1/4茶匙， 罗汉果糖 2茶匙， 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙， 辣腐乳1小块+1.5茶匙汁，香油1/2茶匙， 水1大匙;
3: 橄榄油1大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将小里脊洗净沥水放一塑料袋里。将所有2料放一小碗里拌匀(图1)，将拌好的汁倒入小里脊肉的袋子里，摇晃均匀，封口(图2)。放入冰箱冷藏腌24小时。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Oven”然后选择400F及25分钟，点“Start”. 将腌好的小里脊放到大张烤盘纸上(图3)，然后均匀撒上1大匙橄榄油.
3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 连烤盘纸放入小里脊，盖上锅盖(图4), 让程序继续进行。
4、程序完成后, 等5分钟，打开锅盖(图5), 取出烤好的小里脊，切片上桌。
