【AirGo-腐乳蚝油烤小里脊】

1: 嫩里脊肉(Tender Pork Loin )1000克,洗净备用;
2: 红糟1.5大匙, 头抽酱油1.5大匙, 生抽酱油1.5大匙, 十三香粉1/4茶匙, 罗汉果糖 2茶匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙, 辣腐乳1小块+1.5茶匙汁,香油1/2茶匙, 水1大匙;
3: 橄榄油1大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将小里脊洗净沥水放一塑料袋里。将所有2料放一小碗里拌匀(图1),将拌好的汁倒入小里脊肉的袋子里,摇晃均匀,封口(图2)。放入冰箱冷藏腌24小时。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Oven”然后选择400F及25分钟,点“Start”. 将腌好的小里脊放到大张烤盘纸上(图3),然后均匀撒上1大匙橄榄油.
3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 连烤盘纸放入小里脊,盖上锅盖(图4), 让程序继续进行。
4、程序完成后, 等5分钟,打开锅盖(图5), 取出烤好的小里脊,切片上桌。
