 AirGo 虾仁烘蛋
用料:
1: 冰冻无头虾 (16-20大小) 454克;
2: 盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,生粉1茶匙,1/2 茶匙香油鸡粉1/4茶匙;
3: 大鸡蛋3个+3个大鸡蛋清,盐1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,头抽酱油2茶匙, 葱花3大匙;
4: 橄榄油1大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻(图1),去壳去肠洗净沥水. 将虾仁放一小盆中, 加所有2料调味料(图2), 拌匀(图3). 腌15分钟.
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中,打散待用(图4).

3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及9分钟,点“Start”. 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放1大匙橄榄油, 放入腌好的虾仁铺均匀(图5),盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图6).

4、程序完进行5分钟后, 打开锅盖, 迅速翻炒虾仁几下(图6),倒入打散的鸡蛋汁,再盖上盖让程序继续进行(图8),
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖(图7),将虾仁烘蛋盛出, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
