【烤鸡腿肉】

用Costco有机去骨去皮大鸡腿肉, 腌过夜, 烤一下, 很嫩很入味, 可以试试.
用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉10块900克;
2:蒜蓉1.5大匙, 罗汉果糖2茶匙,生抽酱油3大匙,李锦记红油豆瓣酱1.5大匙,李锦记蚝油1.5大匙,香油1/2茶匙;
3: 其他, 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将2料放入一塑料袋里拌匀(图1)。 抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管,洗净后用纸巾擦干. 将鸡肉放入腌汁里,封口(图2)冰箱里过夜。
2、AirGo选空气炸锅功能预热420F 15分钟,将腌好的鸡肉放在一大烤盘纸上(图3)。预热后连烤盘纸将鸡肉放入锅里(图4), 盖上锅盖让程序进行(图5).
3、程序完成后, 打开锅盖 (图6),即可盛出上桌趁热食, 好滋味。
