【五香脆皮鸡翅】

7月的时候毛毛去了夏令营一个礼拜，回来给他做了这个五香脆皮鸡翅，外皮酥脆，鸡肉很嫩，他非常喜欢，又是烤的，比炸鸡要健康。
用料:
1：鸡翼中段16个；
2：葱1根洗净切段，姜1小块10克切片；
3：五香粉3/4茶匙， 老头抽酱油 1茶匙，生抽酱油1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，厨酒1茶匙；
4：日式面包糠1/2杯。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡翼中段冲洗干净沥水，放入一塑料袋里，然后将所有2料和3料放入（图1），将袋子封口，上下颠倒几次以混合均匀（图2）。放入冰箱冷藏过夜。
2、腌好的鸡翼放到盛面包糠的盘子里，两面均匀沾上些面包糠。（图3），放入铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里（图4）。
3、放入预热至420F/215摄氏度的烤箱内，烤8分钟，翻转一面再烤8分钟，趁热食用，外酥里嫩，味道棒极了。
