【蚝油五香烤鸡腿】

今天这个烤鸡腿是咸香味的,非常好吃有简单好做。
用料:
1:鸡腿一盒8根;
2: 五香粉 1大匙,花椒粉1大匙,盐1茶匙,蚝油3大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡腿水里冲洗干净(图1),沥水待用。将所有调味2料放入一塑料袋里(图2),然后放入鸡腿,封口后混合均匀(图3),放冰箱里冷藏腌2天,中间时时翻翻身。
2、烤盘铺上烤盘纸,放上腌好的鸡腿(图4)。
3、放入预热至400F/205摄氏度的烤箱内,烤15分钟,然后问度降至350F/175摄氏度再烤20分钟即可。
