简单好吃的【中式烤三文鱼】

今天这个烤三文鱼配了中式的沾汁,非常美味,亲们要试试啊。
用料:
1:三文鱼中段400克;
2:黑胡椒1/6茶匙,香油1大匙;
3:香油 1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜末1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙,朝天椒1个切碎;
4:厨酒1大匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1大匙,糖1/3茶匙;
5:生粉1/2茶匙,加水1大匙拌匀;
6:白生芝麻 2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将三文鱼片冷水冲洗后,沥水切3厘米宽块,放入一 玻璃烤盘里(图1),均匀撒上2料的黑胡椒和香油(图2)。
2、烤箱预热至425F/220C。盛三文鱼的烤盘放入烤箱里烤12分钟左右,至鱼肉刚熟。
3、在烤鱼的时候,白芝麻放一小号不粘锅里(图3),用小火炒熟至微黄,待用。
4、做调味汁;小号不粘锅里放入香油 1大匙,中火炒香葱花,姜末,蒜蓉,朝天椒(图4),依次放入调味料4料,然后加入5料的生粉水(图5),煮滚搅拌均匀待用(图6)。
5、烤好的三文鱼,浇上煮好的调味汁,撒上炒熟的芝麻,即可食用。
