养生好滋味【黑芝麻桂圆豆浆】

最近新得了一个豆浆机,是最新款的九阳豆浆机 DJ13U-D08SG。产品从外形来看非常美观精致,做工也非常扎实。今天用它做了这个黑芝麻桂圆豆浆,香滑美味。整个过程大约25分钟,方便好用。豆浆煮好后,我用温度计量了豆浆的温度是100.4°C,可以放心饮用了。
1:黄豆1/2杯,水2杯;
2:炒熟黑芝麻1大匙;
3:无核龙眼干20粒;
4:水4杯。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升
做法:
1、晚上睡觉前将黄豆淘洗干净,加2杯冷水,泡过夜。第二天早晨,用清水冲洗后,沥去水。将黄豆放入豆浆机里(图1)。
2、将1大匙炒熟的黑芝麻和20粒龙眼干都放入豆浆机里(图4),然后加4杯水(图5)。
4、等豆浆磨好煮好后(听到鸣叫声),打开盖子(图7)。用豆浆机自带的杯子和细筛子,将豆浆连渣分批过滤(图8),用筷子轻轻搅拌豆浆,以帮助更快速过滤,小心不要烫到。
5、过滤好的豆浆就可以倒入杯中享用了,口感醇厚,香味浓郁,不用加糖就有丝丝的甜味。
