【冰酒鸡翅】

去年秋天和朋友合买的冰酒还剩好几瓶,这个冰酒的味道也很好,做这个鸡翅时,到下去1/3瓶红烧。领导们都很喜欢,毛毛非常喜欢,吃了好多个。这个菜第二天带午餐,也很不错噢。
用料:
1:鸡翼中段或上段1000克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱1根洗净切段,姜1小块10克切片;
3:冰酒1/2杯,糖1茶匙,老头抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙;
4:香油1茶匙(可以不放)。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翼冲洗干净沥水待用。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入葱段,姜片(图1)炒约1分钟,然后放入鸡翼(图2)炒至外皮有些微黄,有香味溢出。
2、然后放入冰酒,及所有3料(图3)煮滚,然后盖上盖子,调中小火煮15-18分钟,间中翻一翻(图4)。
3、然后调大中火,打开盖子,煮至汁浓稠(图5),下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。真的好好吃。
