【蠔油鸡翅】

晚餐做了这个蠔油鸡翅,毛毛非常喜欢,吃了好多个。这个菜第二天带午餐也很不错噢。
用料:
1:鸡翼中段或上段1150克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱1根洗净切段,姜1小块10克切片,蒜蓉1大匙;
3:厨酒1.5大匙,糖1大匙,老头抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,蠔油 2大匙,盐1/2茶匙,水1/2杯;
4:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翼中段冲洗干净沥水待用。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入鸡翼(图1)炒至外皮有些微黄,有香味溢出。然后放入2料里的葱段,姜片和蒜蓉(图2),翻炒1分钟。
2、放入厨酒和所有3料煮滚(图3),盖上盖子,调中小火煮15-18分钟(图4),间中翻一翻。
3、打开盖子,调大中火煮至汁浓稠(图4),下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。
