【蠔油鸡翅】

晚餐做了这个蠔油鸡翅，毛毛非常喜欢，吃了好多个。这个菜第二天带午餐也很不错噢。
用料:
1：鸡翼中段或上段1150克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱1根洗净切段，姜1小块10克切片，蒜蓉1大匙；
3：厨酒1.5大匙，糖1大匙，老头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油1大匙，蠔油 2大匙，盐1/2茶匙，水1/2杯；
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡翼中段冲洗干净沥水待用。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入鸡翼（图1）炒至外皮有些微黄，有香味溢出。然后放入2料里的葱段，姜片和蒜蓉（图2），翻炒1分钟。
2、放入厨酒和所有3料煮滚（图3），盖上盖子，调中小火煮15-18分钟（图4），间中翻一翻。
3、打开盖子，调大中火煮至汁浓稠（图4），下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。
