【酱烧土豆片】

家里在Costco买了一袋小土豆,儿子不在家,消耗的速度就挺慢的。今天做了盘微辣的酱烧土豆片,非常入味,下饭,亲们试试。
用料:
1:小号土豆12个320克;
2:橄榄油1大匙;葱花1大匙,姜2-3片,辣豆瓣酱1大匙;
3:糖1/2茶匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1/4杯,鸡粉1/4茶匙,;
4:香油 1/2茶匙,老陈醋1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆刮掉皮洗净沥水(图1),切薄片待用(图2)。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1大匙橄榄油,放入2料里的葱花,姜片,及辣豆瓣酱,炒约30秒(图3),放入土豆片翻炒1分钟(图4)。
3、加入所有3料,盖盖(图5),调中火煮几分钟至土豆片熟。
4、打开锅盖调大中火,煮至汁浓(图6)。淋下香油 1/2茶匙和老陈醋1/2茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
