【烤麸烧排骨】

在华人超市买了包苏州产地干烤麸,做了这个烤麸烧排骨,非常好吃下饭,大家可以试试啊。
用料:
1:猪小排或肋排1000克;
2:金钱香菇15朵,黑木耳15克;
3:干烤麸一包200克;
4:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱2条洗净切段,姜2-3片,八角1粒,丁香2粒;
5:厨酒1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,糖1大匙, 生抽酱油 2大匙,头抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油2大匙,水1.25杯;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇和黑木耳提前用冷水泡几小时(图1),洗净待用。烤麸用开水泡1小时(图2),然后冷水冲洗,挤去水待用。将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉,排骨切开洗净待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱段,姜片,八角及丁香,炒30秒(图3),放入排骨(图4)炒至焦香。
3、依次放入5料的调味料(图5),翻炒几下。盖盖调中小火焖煮(图6)1小时20分钟。想快点的话,如果有电高压锅,就将所有排骨连汁转入电压力锅内胆里,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档25分钟。
4、然后放入泡好洗净的黑木耳和鲜菇,煮5分钟(图7),再放入烤麸再煮10分钟(图8),打开锅盖调大中火,煮至汁浓就可以出锅了。
这个经常做!昨天做烤麸,分2份:1包冷冻下次用,另1份今天烧排骨!谢谢您的食谱:)

Hmm is anyone else experiencing problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
