【螺旋藻黑木耳烧排骨】

用料:
1：猪小排或肋排800克；
2：金钱香菇5朵，黑木耳10克；
3：干螺旋藻20克；
4：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱2条洗净切段，姜2-3片，八角1粒，丁香2粒；
5：厨酒1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，糖1.5茶匙， 生抽酱油 1.5大匙，头抽酱油1.5大匙，老抽酱油1.5大匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇和黑木耳提前用冷水泡几小时至软，洗净待用。螺旋藻买的是这样的（图1），取20克放入冷水（图2）中泡发，然后冷水冲洗沥水待用。将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉，排骨切开洗净待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱段，姜片，八角及丁香，炒30秒，放入排骨（图3）炒至焦香，倒入厨酒1大匙。
3、将所有排骨连汁转入InstantPot Smart内胆里（图4），放入所有调味料5和泡发洗净的黑木耳和香菇（图5），盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，用它的app选择高压加热18分钟保存程序，开始（图6）。在煮的过程中你可以在app上监控它的过程。
4、程序完成后，排气打开，加入洗好的螺旋藻（图7），再盖上盖子高压加热煮2分钟。程序完成后，排气打开盖子，选择加热5分钟收汁（图8），就可以出锅了。
