【蔬菜蛋饼】

芹菜胡萝卜都是非常有营养又健康的蔬菜, 我用了3个蛋清2个蛋黄配4大匙全麦面, 做的这款蔬菜蛋饼, 好吃健康, 可以试试啊.
材料:
1:鸡蛋3个(只用2个蛋黄), 水4大匙(60克);
2: 小胡萝卜2根(70克), 芹菜段2片(70克), Costco可买到;
3:盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 白胡椒1/6茶匙;
4: 全麦面粉4大匙(40克);
5: 香油 1/2茶匙;
6:橄榄油2茶匙, 用来煎饼.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 将胡萝卜芹菜 (图1), 切小粒 (图2). 将鸡蛋(去掉一个蛋黄) (图3)及所有1-5料放一盆里打散拌匀(图4), 至无干粉颗粒.
2、不粘锅置炉上开小火,放1茶匙油然后用纸巾把油涂匀, 放入面糊 (图5), 煎5分钟, 至底面金黄.
3、翻转一面 (图6), 再加1茶匙油, 再煎4-5分钟至金黄, 即可盛出饼。切小块趁热食用,唇齿留香.
