【陈皮鸡翅】

家里来客人时,用在Costco买到鸡翅上段做了这个陈皮鸡翅,挺好吃挺受欢迎的。
用料:
1:鸡翅上段1250克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,陈皮3~4小块(7克),八角1~2粒,丁香2-3粒,葱2根洗净切段,姜1小块10克切片,蒜6-7粒拍碎;
3:厨酒1.5大匙,老头抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油1.5大匙,盐3/4茶匙,糖1.5大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,黑米醋2茶匙,水1杯;
4:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翅冲洗干净沥水。不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入所有2料炒1分钟(图1),然后放入鸡翅(图2)炒至外皮有些微黄,有香味。
2、放入1.5大匙厨酒翻炒几下,依次放入剩余的3料煮滚(图3),盖上盖子,调中小火煮15-20分钟,间中翻一翻。
3、然后打开盖子,调大中火煮至汁浓稠(图4),放1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅。
