【韭菜豆腐炒鸡蛋】

感谢好姐妹送了她自己种的韭菜给我,好香的。配Costco卖的豆腐,4个蛋清1个蛋黄炒, 健康好味道, 亲们可以试试啊.
材料:
1:韭菜一把(150克);
2:Costco买的老豆腐(400克);
3:鸡蛋4个(只用1个蛋黄), 盐1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙;
4:橄榄油2茶匙,葱花2大匙, 蒜蓉1茶匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,水1/4杯;
6:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 将摘去老叶洗净切0.5厘米长的段 (图1)。豆腐冲洗沥水后切0.6厘米的块 (图2). 将3料里的鸡蛋(只要一个蛋黄)及所有3料放一盆里(图3)打散待用.
2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火,放2茶匙油,放入葱花蒜蓉(图4)炒30秒,然后放入豆腐丁(图5), 炒2分钟(图6).
3、放入所有5料 (图7),盖上盖子转小火煮2分钟。转中火打开盖子,将豆腐丁炒干了(图8)。放入韭菜段拌匀,倒入打散的蛋液(图9).
4、再炒1-2分钟至蛋液凝固(图10). 加1/2茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
