简单好吃的【葱花鸡蛋面糊饼】

用料简单,但非常好吃,可以当周末的早餐,再吃些水果,来杯杏仁奶,健康美味早餐,大人孩子都爱。
1:大号鸡蛋两只;
2:面粉2/3杯(105克);
3:葱2条;
4:盐2/3茶匙,香油 1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙;
5:水3/4杯(180克);
其他;
6:素油4茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料做4张22厘米的饼。
做法:
1、葱洗净切细粒(图1),将鸡蛋连同4料放入一盆里(图2)用一叉子搅拌均匀。
2、倒入5料里的水(图3),再用叉子打匀,然后放入切碎的葱花(图4)。
3、再倒入2料的面粉(图5),用叉子搅拌成均匀面糊(图6),不要有面粉颗粒。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1茶匙油,油热后,用勺子舀大约1/4份的面糊,放入锅里(图7)。
5、用中火煎2分钟左右,翻转一面(图7)再煎黄。重复步骤4和5做好其他葱花饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香。
