【拍黄瓜】
毛毛妈
拍黄瓜简单易做,爽口好吃,是夏天不可缺少的一个凉拌菜。我们家毛毛不吃辣,所以这个拍黄瓜没有放辣,蒜蓉又用油煎过就不辛辣,适合孩子们。
用料:
1:黄瓜一长条;
2:盐1/2茶匙;
3:橄榄油1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
4: 鸡粉1/6茶匙,葡萄醋(balsamic vinegar)1茶匙,糖1/3茶匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升
做法:
1、黄瓜稍微削去些皮,对切两半。盖上保鲜膜(图1),用大刀将黄瓜拍裂。这样在拍黄瓜的时候,汁水不会喷溅。拿掉保鲜膜,将黄瓜切小块(图2)。
2、切好的黄瓜放入一盘子里,加1/2茶匙盐(图3)拌匀,腌25分钟。腌出的汁水泌去不要。
3、小号不粘锅加1.5茶匙橄榄油,开中火。放入1大匙蒜蓉,煎炒30秒钟至有香味(图4)离火。
4、将煎好的蒜蓉连油倒入腌好的黄瓜上,拌入所有4料(图5),翻拌均匀,放冰箱冷藏2小时后食用。
