【凉拌豆干】

这个凉拌都干,简单易做有好吃哈,值得一试。
用料:
1:五香豆干一包350克;
2:香菜一颗;
3:橄榄油2茶匙;葱花1茶匙,姜丝1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
4:盐1/2茶匙,头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙;辣油 1.5茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、豆干最好买比较软的那种,将都干放一锅里加水2杯和盐1/2茶匙煮滚(图1),盖盖小火焖煮5分钟。沥水冷凉后切薄片(图2)待用。香菜将嫩叶去下洗净待用(图3)。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加2茶匙橄榄油,放入3料里葱花,姜丝和蒜蓉(图4)炒香离火。放入所有调味料4料拌匀。
3、放入香油及辣油拌匀(图5),接着放入豆干片(图6)拌匀。最后放入香菜叶拌匀(图7),即可食用。
4、夏天可以密封放冰箱里冷藏2-3小时再食用,味道更佳。
