【芝士面包条】

哇,这个芝士面包条太好吃了,连我不大吃芝士的,也不知不觉吃了一条。刚烤出来外皮酥香,内里绵软,好滋味,毛毛连吃两条,还要吃。
用料:
1:水1杯。减1大匙(220克),白糖1/2茶匙,盐3/4茶匙;
2:中筋面粉2杯(320克),快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast)1.5茶匙;
3:橄榄油或玉米油1.5大匙;
上层调料:
4:蒜蓉1大匙,橄榄油1.5大匙;
5:帕马森 parmesan 芝士粉3大匙;
6:切达芝士(cheddar cheese)擦成细条1/3-1/2杯;
7:黑胡椒粉1/3茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、发面:先将1料放入面包机里,然后放入2料(图1)。面包机放至揉面档,启动。当面包机开始启动,刚刚和成面团时,打开盖子,加入3料的油,继续揉面过程(图2)。
2、将4料里橄榄油和蒜蓉拌匀待用(图4)。等面团发至2倍大(图3),用手整形成一长条,压扁擀开,成0.8厘米厚的长方形面饼(图5)。
3、切12等份,放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里(图6)醒发20分钟。烤箱预热至500F/260摄氏度,同时将一大号铝烤盘放入烤箱一起预热。
4、将4料均匀撒在醒发好的面包条上(图7),再撒上parmesan 芝士粉(图8)和cheddar芝士细条(图9),最后撒上1/3茶匙黑胡椒粉。
5、烤箱预热到到500F/260摄氏度后,连同烤盘纸轻轻将芝士面包转到烤箱里的烤盘上面(带隔热手套操作,别烫着)。烤8-10分钟,至表面金黄(图10)。
小窍门:
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里,放冰箱保存,吃的时候用面包机稍微烘烤下,非常香。
