【允指芝麻鸡腿】

亲们要试试这款烤鸡腿,容易做,又绝对好味道。
用料:
1:鸡腿6-8根;
2: 生抽酱油 2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙;
3:葱花1大匙,蒜末1大匙,姜末1茶匙,朝天椒1个切粒;
4:料酒1大匙,老陈醋1大匙;
5:蜂蜜3大匙;
6:李锦记旧庄蚝油 2大匙,鱼露1大匙;
7:香油 2茶匙;
8:白生芝麻 2大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将调味料2-7放一杯子里(图1),拌匀。白芝麻放一小号不粘锅里(图2),用小火炒熟至微黄,待用。
2、鸡腿洗净擦干水,放到一个深烤盘里。倒入所有的调味料(图3)在鸡腿上,腌20分钟翻转一面(图4)。
3、烤盘放入预热至400F/205C的烤箱里烤50分钟,翻转鸡腿再烤5-10分钟,至汁浓。
4、鸡腿拿出撒上熟芝麻即可食用。
