用料:
1：鸡腿6-8根；
2： 生抽酱油 2大匙，头抽酱油1大匙；
3：葱花1大匙，蒜末1大匙，姜末1茶匙，朝天椒1个切粒；
4：料酒1大匙，老陈醋1大匙；
5：蜂蜜3大匙；
6：李锦记旧庄蚝油 2大匙，鱼露1大匙；
7：香油 2茶匙；
8：白生芝麻 2大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将调味料2-7放一杯子里（图1），拌匀。白芝麻放一小号不粘锅里（图2），用小火炒熟至微黄，待用。
2、鸡腿洗净擦干水，放到一个深烤盘里。倒入所有的调味料（图3）在鸡腿上，腌20分钟翻转一面（图4）。
3、烤盘放入预热至400F/205C的烤箱里烤50分钟，翻转鸡腿再烤5-10分钟，至汁浓。
4、鸡腿拿出撒上熟芝麻即可食用。
