【青椒炒西红柿】

朋友给了几个家里菜园子出的青辣椒,小辣。我们家就几颗西红柿,长的非常好,结了不少西红柿。这盘有机的青椒炒西红柿,味道还真好。
用料:
1:青辣椒2个90克;
2:西红柿6个250克。
3:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱花1大匙;
4:盐1/2茶匙,糖1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、看看我们家的西红柿(图1)和朋友给点青辣椒(图1)。辣椒洗净去籽,切丝(图2),西红柿切薄片。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱花(图5)炒香,然后下青辣椒丝和西红柿片(图6)翻炒几下。(
3、接着放入4料的调味料,继续炒至西红柿片有些出水即可盛出。
