【InstantPot酒酿】

新款的 InstantPot比如7-1，9-1， 10-1 都有酸奶（Yogurt）的功能，用Yogurt+Less (Low)档做酒酿，省事省力，亲们试试。
1：糯米2杯，水2杯；
2：上海甜酒药1/2个或安琪甜酒药1/2包，冷开水1.25杯，糖1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、最好将用到容器、杯子、勺子等用洗洁精洗干净及开水烫一下。
2、糯米（图1）洗净沥水倒入InstantPot的内锅里，加2杯冷水（图2），盖上锅盖，阀放关闭。选【煮饭】档启，程序自动进行（图3）。
3、程序结束后，等4分钟，放气打开盖子（图4），拿出内锅，米饭搅拌开，放入盛小半池冷水的水池里（图5），冷大约10分钟至米饭微温。
4、将半包酒药（图6）撒到米饭上（图7），倒入1.25杯冷开水及糖1大匙，拌匀。中间用干净勺子，挖一小孔（图8）。盖上锅盖，阀放关闭。选【酸奶】调到低温档自动显示24小时，可以延长时间到30小时，发的更好，启动程序。
5、程序完成后，将发好的酒酿放冰箱里1-2天再吃，非常甜。吃不完的酒酿密封，放冰箱里保存。
