【干炒大虾】

LD从Costco拎回来一包超级大的虾,680克只有11只。今天下班回来,看看冰箱里没有提前准备的荤菜,就把这包大虾拎了出来,放水池里放半池水,很快虾就结冻了。很快几分钟,一盘干炒大虾就好了,LD和毛毛都非常喜欢。毛毛说:“这个大虾好,比螃蟹和龙虾还好吃,还容易将虾肉剥出来”。结果他一个人干了一半。
用料:
1:冰冻无头开背大虾一包680克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花2大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,姜1-2片,1大匙番茄酱;
3:黑醋1茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,糖1茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙;
4:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻大虾放入冷水中解冻(图1),然后洗净沥水待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱花,姜片,蒜蓉和番茄酱(图2)炒出香味。
3、接着放入大虾(图3)翻炒1分钟,依次下所有3料(图4),继续翻炒,等虾壳变红,肉刚刚熟,大约2分钟,淋下香油 1茶匙(图5),兜炒均匀就可以出锅了。
