【蚝油皇子菇】

这次买的有机皇子菇非常新鲜, 简单炒下,加点蚝油, 就非常好吃.
材料:
1:皇子菇一盒(400克);
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙;
3:黑胡椒粉1/6,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙,李锦记旧庄蚝油1.5大匙,水2大匙;
4:香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 皇子菇根部切掉,洗净沥水(图1),切小块(图2)。
2、炒锅开大火,放1大匙橄榄油油,放入葱花蒜蓉炒30秒(图3),然后放入皇子菇(图4), 炒几下.
3、放入所有3料 (图5),炒3-4分钟至皇子菇熟.
4、加1/2茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
