【枫糖浆烤三文鱼】

枫糖浆烤三文鱼是一个非常简单容易做的菜，味道也不错，大家试试吧。
用料:
1：三文鱼片750克；
2：橄榄油3大匙；
3：枫糖浆1/4杯；
4：生抽酱油 2.5大匙；
5：Dijon芥末酱2大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将三文鱼片冷水冲洗后，沥水切3厘米宽块，放入一 玻璃烤盘里（图1）待用。
2、将2-5料放入一杯子里（图1），用勺子搅拌均匀。
3、烤箱预热至425F/220C。将拌匀的酱汁到在三文鱼块上，放入烤箱里烤11分钟。
4、取出烤好的鱼，放置3-5分钟后，就可以食用了。
