入口即溶的【酥饼】

这个酥饼真是入口即溶，大家一定要试试。带去爬梯一定受欢迎。
1：中筋面粉（All-purpose flour）1/2杯（80克），玉米淀粉（corn starch）1/2杯（70克），盐1/6茶匙；
2：牛油1/2杯（120克）室温软化，糖粉3大匙（24克）；
3：香草香精1/2茶匙；
4：糖粉1/4杯（32克）。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
以上的材料可以做20个酥饼。
做法：
1、将1料里的面粉、玉米淀粉和盐放入盆里拌匀待用（图1）。
2、将室温软化的牛油和3大匙糖粉放入另一干净盆里（图2），用电动搅拌器高速打几分钟（图3）到蓬松。加入香草香精（图4），再高速打30秒至均匀。然后放入混合好的面粉（图5），低速打至肉馅样（图6）。
4、预热烤箱至350F/175摄氏度。案板上撒些面粉，将面团稍揉几下，然后揉成1.5厘米直径的长条，用刀每隔1.4厘米切段（图9）。将饼坯放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上（图10）。
