【煎鸡排】

用CostCo的有机鸡腿肉, 腌20分钟裹上全麦面粉, 慢火煎外酥里能非常好吃, 领导们的大爱。
用料:
1:有机鸡腿肉9块650克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1.5大匙,李锦记桂林风味辣椒酱1大匙, 南乳1小块+1茶匙南乳汁,糖1/2茶匙, 花椒粉1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 香油 1茶匙;
3: 全麦面粉3/4杯;
4:橄榄油3大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、抽掉鸡腿肉里面的细小血管,洗净后放一盆里。 南乳和辣椒酱用的是这个(图1)。 加2料拌匀 (图2), 腌20分钟.
2、倒入面粉(图3), 拌匀让鸡肉均匀沾上面粉 (图4). 将鸡块抖掉多余的面粉.
3、不粘锅置炉上开中小火(刻度3-4)预热,加2大匙油,将裹上粉的里肌肉抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅(图5).
4、煎大约煎5-6分钟至表面金黄, 翻转一面(图6),再加1大匙油, 继续煎4-5分钟至金黄, 即可盛出来, 就可上桌啦, 非常好吃哈。
