【香煎鸡翅】

上次在Costco买了一大盒鸡翅,上段用来做了陈皮鸡翅。今天鸡翅膀中段用腐乳、蒜蓉、酱油等腌制了,用平底不粘锅煎,真是好嫩好香啊,一连吃了好几个。
1:鸡翅中段16个;
2:蒜蓉1.5大匙,麻油红腐乳1小块(我这次用的是台湾状元牌的);
3: 老头抽酱油 1茶匙,生抽酱油1.5大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡翅中段冲洗干净沥水,放入一塑料袋里。然后加入所有2料3料(图1),袋子封口,摇晃几下以混合均匀(图2),放入冰箱冷藏过夜。
2、用纸巾吸去腌好的鸡翅上多余的汁(图3)。不粘锅置炉上开大中火。不需要放油,直接放入擦干汁的鸡翅中段(图4),煎黄一面,大约3-4分钟。
3、翻转一面(图5),继续再煎3分钟至表面焦香,盛出即可上桌了。鸡翅很入味,肉又嫩,非常好吃。
