多滋味-【姜汁肉片】

亲们一定要试试这个姜汁肉片,简单易做。肉片嫩滑黄瓜片爽脆,姜味浓厚,是下饭的好菜。
用料:
1:里脊肉(Pork loin)150克,生粉1/2茶匙,水1大匙,老头抽酱油 1大匙;
2:小青黄瓜(Lebanese cucumber)3条150克,稍微削皮,洗净切片;
3:橄榄油4茶匙,姜蓉2茶匙,葱花1大匙;
4:盐1/3茶匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,糖1/4茶匙;
5:生粉1/2茶匙,水1大匙拌匀。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉提前一天洗净沥水,切薄片,放入剩余的1料(图1),用手抓捏均匀,冰箱里过夜,这样肉非常嫩。
2、不粘锅置炉上,开大火,加4茶匙橄榄油,放入葱花和姜蓉炒香(图2)。然后放入肉片快速划散(图3),炒至6-7成熟。
3、放入切好的黄瓜片,快速翻炒几下(图4),依次放入调味料4料炒匀(图5)。
4、最后淋下5料的生粉水(图6)翻炒均匀,即可出锅。
