吃不停口的【土豆虾仁玉米粒饼】

大家一定要试试这个土豆虾仁玉米粒饼,大人孩子都爱。很容易做的!
1:大号土豆1个230克,去皮洗净待用;
2:带壳冰冻白虾12个(净虾仁重115克);
3:冰冻玉米粒1/4杯(30克);
4:大号鸡蛋一只,面粉1/4杯(40克);
5:葱花3大匙,盐3/4茶匙,香油 1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙;
6:水5大匙(75克);
其他;
7:素油3大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料做18个土豆虾仁玉米粒饼。
做法:
1、冰冻虾放入半池冷水中解冻(图1),去壳去肠泥洗净。沥水后切小丁待用(图2)。
2、土豆切小粒(图3),连同冰冻玉米粒放入一碗中,加2大匙水,微波炉加热2分钟,搅拌下再微波加热2分钟至熟(图4)。
3、将虾仁丁,土豆丁,玉米粒连同所有4-7料放入一盆里(图5)用筷子搅拌匀匀待用。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1大匙油,油热后,用勺子舀大约4茶匙的面糊,分别放入锅里(图7)。
5、用中火煎3分钟左右,翻转一面再煎黄。重复步骤4和5做好其他土豆虾仁玉米粒饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香。
