【雀巢虾】

大家可以试试这个雀巢虾,好吃又好看。
1:大号带壳冰冻白虾8个,盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,香油 1/2茶匙;
2:最小号土豆8个,盐1/3茶匙;
3:糯米粉2大匙,葱花1.5大匙, 香油 1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙;
7:素油或橄榄油2.5大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料做8个雀巢虾。
做法:
1、冰冻虾放入半池冷水中解冻,去壳去肠泥洗净。沥水后放一碗里,加剩余1料拌匀腌20分钟待用(图1)。
2、土豆(图2)去皮,切细丝(图3),放一盆里加2料里的盐拌匀,盐15分钟(图4)。
3、3料里的糯米粉放入土豆丝里(图5)拌匀。然后放入剩余3料(图6)用筷子搅拌匀匀待用。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放2.5大匙油,将土豆丝分8等份放入煎锅,整成圆形,每个土豆圈上放一粒腌好的虾(图7)按紧,煎3-4分钟。
5、翻转一面再煎2-3分钟,捞出雀巢虾,放入纸巾上吸去多余的油,即可摆盘上桌,趁热食用,唇齿留香。
